The following persons shall be considered ineligible to be directors of the Committee:- (a) who has been defrauded, (b) has been defamed, (c) has been convicted by the court of a criminal charge showing moral turpitude and has been sentenced to 6 months imprisonment, (d) has taken a contract lease with the fund in accordance with section 28 or who has taken such a contract lease or is a partner in such a contract lease, (e) an employee working in a position lower than the tenth level or equivalent level of first class or organized organization of the Government of Nepal, or (f) having been punished under Section 29.
